The hotel was full of character and charm. Our room
Had a beautiful balcony overlooking the grand canal, a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly. The noise from the street was a bit distracting at times.

Exceptional location, almost next to the Rialto Bridge. It has a 24-hour reception, is excellent for those of us who arrive at night. treatment of the staff is extraordinary. the morning and evening guys were super friendly and helpful. They lent me boots because the water in the canals was so big, also in San Marcos, thanks to that I didn't get my feet wet, I could totally enjoy the day. Besides, I had to leave in the early morning and they coordinated the taxi and everything was perfect. I had never really been to Venice, if I went back I would go back to the Marconi Hotel and I am already recommending it. breakfast is good and room is typical of the old classic Italian hotels, bathroom is very good and also has warm towels, was perfect for these cold days. Thank you very much to the two guys who took care of me at the hotel, I am very happy with the service received! Greetings, Carolina.

Neat, functional room with a balcony, and affable staff. A balcony and WiFi in the room. Excellent and fantastic setting, next to the waters edge with romantic gondolas and a big water bus and such an important destination.

The hotel was an old building which is well kept and in a nice location. Just what we like when staying in Europe, or the US. Character with comfort and location. And a very good breakfast. I will recommend it to others who like the same.

The location was excellent - right near the Rialto Bridge. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and adequate. We were at the back of the hotel so fairly quiet. Bathrooms good.
We stayed in the 'family room' (one double & 2 singles) and it was extremely tight. All beds lined up in a row - okay if you only need a place to go to sleep, which we did. Room very tired. However, positives (location, staff & incl breakfast) outweigh negs.

Our room had a fantastic view of the Rialto Bridge and was beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style. The location was ideal for accessing many tourist sites and hidden gems. Loved the cozy atmosphere after a long day exploring.

Perfect for families seeking comfort
Location was great, just steps from the waterfront and the buzz of the city! The room was more spacious than expected, a relief for our family with older teens.
It was a little pricey but still worth it.

The staff was incredible. So polite and knowledgeable. The front desk manager (with I could remember his name) was the best we encountered during our two weeks traveling in Italy. It's an older hotel, but well maintained and updated. The location was ideal - right on the Grand Canal and close to water bus stops, and just steps from the Rialto Bridge.
It's an older hotel, so there's no elevator but the staff is very good about getting luggage up to, and down from room. Would have like a nicer view, but also didn't want to pay for it. Thought the price was a little steep, but probably pretty average for Venice.
